PEEK profile and cutting service

PEEK Profile & Cutting Service​ delivers precision conversion of standard PEEK stock shapes into application-specific cross-sections. Leveraging our inventory of annealed PEEK sheets (770×1240mm panel, thickness 1–250mm) and PEEK rods (solid cylindrical stock), we apply CNC milling, waterjet cutting, surface grinding and CNC turning to produce custom profiles such as guide rail covers, wear strips, shims, spacers, bushing pre-forms and sealed gasket blanks. 

The cutting of PEEK profiles involves dividing the standard semi-finished PEEK materials - flat plates and solid cylindrical rods - into the lengths or combinations of lengths and widths that the customers require.

The service covers the full chain from material selection → cutting process routing → Measure the weight→ quality verification → delivery. 

Compared to the coCompared to the common rods and bars as basic semi-finished products, PRES can also customize complex cross-sectional extrusion. The standard length is 1000mm/3000mm, and it can also be cut to the length you need.

The extrusion process is suitable for the production of large quantities of PEEK products with special structural cross-sections and long lengths. All that is required is to design the PEEK extrusion mold based on the drawings and tolerances during the initial production, and then extrude it using the appropriate grade of PEEK material. 

Few types of special PEEK profile can be Extrude in the same mold,after extuded we can cut it into small length.

We can customize the extruded materials, which are the same as PEEK plates and PEEK rods:VIrgin unfiiled grade, with glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforcement and ESD grade.
