10% carbon fiber reinforced PPS filament offers high rigidity and light weight, with significantly improved tensile modulus. It provides heat resistance above 200°C, excellent dimensional stability, and low warpage. It also features chemical resistance, low water absorption, and UL94 V-0 flame retardance. Compared with neat PPS or higher fiber-content grades, it has lower printing difficulty, less nozzle wear, and smoother feeding, making it especially suitable for high-temperature tooling, fixtures, and electrical housings.

880CA30 is a 30% carbon fiber reinforced standard flow PEEK pellets. Under the ISO1133 testing standard, the flowability under testing conditions (380 ° C, 5kg) is 5g/10min
The use of medium-viscosity Carbon fiber PEEK pellets not only provides excellent mold-filling capability but also satisfies the routine mechanical property requirements of the final parts. 
Compared to high-flow grades, a moderate melt flow index (MFI) effectively reduces the shear rate during processing, it can reduce carbon fiber damage caused by over-shearing. This helps preserve fiber length and maintain the reinforcement efficiency of the PEEK pellets.
This contributes to higher flexural modulus and improved creep resistance in finished parts.

ESD PEEK granules (also known as anti-static PEEK pellets) are carbon-fiber modified compounds engineered for injection molding of semiconductor components. They deliver stable surface resistivity of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq, protecting sensitive circuits from static damage while retaining PEEK's high-temperature strength.
Designed for cleanroom environments, these electrostatic dissipative granules offer continuous service at 260°C​ and excellent chemical resistance. PEEK 990GF30 is a high-viscosity, 30 % glass fiber reinforced PEEK  pellets  that delivers substantially higher tensile strength, flexural modulus and improved dimensional stability compared to unfilled PEEK. 
The high melt viscosity provides stable extrusion behavior and minimizes warpage in thick-section molded parts. With reduced coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and good creep resistance at elevated temperature, it is suitable for extrusion of rod, sheet and tube, as well as thick-walled injection molding requiring structural rigidity.
 Not recommended for thin-wall or long-flow-path injection due to limited melt flow (MFR ≈ 4.5 g/10 min, ISO 1133, 380 ℃/5 kg).

PEI 2300 pellets is a standard-flow, 30% glass-fiber-reinforced polyetherimide (PEI-GF30) injection molding resin in opaque amber granules (25 kg bags). With Tg 217°C, RTI 170–180°C, and native UL 94 V-0/5VA flame rating without halogen additives, it delivers tensile strength 160–175 MPa, flexural modulus ~8.5–9.6 GPa, and low mold shrinkage (0.2–0.4%). Dried at 150°C / 4–6 h and processed at 370–410°C melt temperature, it is the default pellet grade for high-temperature rigid structural parts in automotive sensors, aerospace interiors, and semiconductor insulators

881G is a high purity  virgin grade PEEK pellets,It is specifically designed for the production of PEEK 3D printing filaments. It has excellent fluidity. PEEK 880G is our Enhanced Flow unfilled PEEK pellets (MFR 20 g/10min, ISO 1133), offering easier mold filling for thin-walled or complex injection parts while retaining the inherent toughness of virgin PEEK.
