PA6

PA6 has good toughness and impact resistance, low shrinkage rate, low melting point and molding temperature, it is easy to process.When high toughness is required for a product, especially when it needs to withstand low-temperature environments, choosing PA6 is a good option.
Nylon 6 has excellent electrical insulation, high volume resistance and strong breakdown voltage resistance. It can be used as power frequency insulating material in a dry environment and still maintain excellent electrical insulation in a high-humidity environment.

PA66

Compared with PA6, PA66 has better tensile strength and rigidity, and higher operating temperature.Nylon 66 has excellent wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction, making it suitable for parts that require prolonged friction and wear.

PA610

Translucent milky white. Its strength is between nylon 6 and nylon 66. Small specific gravity, low crystallinity, low water absorption, good dimensional stability, good wear resistance, and self extinguishing ability. Used for precision plastic accessories, oil pipelines, containers, ropes, conveyors, bearings, textile machinery components, insulation materials in electrical and electronic systems, and instrument casings.

PA612

Nylon 612 is a type of nylon with good toughness, lower density than 610, extremely low water absorption, excellent wear resistance, smaller molding shrinkage, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and dimensional stability. The main purpose is to make single filament and cable wrapping for high-end toothbrushes.

PA6T

PA6T has a very high melting point (310℃), and its heat distortion temperature is also very high (about 290℃), demonstrating excellent weldability. Compared with PA6 and PA66, the dimensional stability of PA6T is extremely excellent. Its water absorption rate is very low, and the coefficient of thermal expansion changes little with temperature.
The self-lubricating performance is also very excellent.
Compared with ordinary nylon, PA6T has superior flame retardant performance and achieves a 94V-0 effect at a thickness of 0.75mm.

PA9T

Among the nylon series resins, PA9T has the lowest water absorption and dimensional stability, and will not cause dimensional changes or mechanical strength decreases due to water absorption. High heat resistance, no bubbles are produced after 280 tin tests, and it is also suitable for lead-free soldering at higher operating temperatures. It has good fluidity and is suitable for thin meat shaping. Low gas content, less than other nylon resins, less likely to contaminate and corrode molds, thus extending the service life of molds. The crystallization speed is fast and the cooling time is short. In high-temperature environments, the mechanical strength and rigidity decrease less, and the strength and recyclability of the bonding wire are excellent.

PA12

PA12 has the lowest density and water absorption rate among the nylon series. It also has excellent fluidity and is suitable for the molding of complex-structured products. It is formed by ring-opening polymerization of dodecanlactam, with more carbon atoms in the molecular chain and a more flexible structure. It has excellent electrical insulation performance and is not affected by moisture.

PA46

PA46 is a multi-purpose, glass-reinforced flame-retardant UL-grade material that complies with UL VO regulations.
It features easy processability and excellent fluidity, outstanding tensile strength, good thermal insulation performance and flame retardancy. Electroplated; Treated with heat stabilization; It maintains high rigidity and heat resistance while demonstrating excellent high-temperature creep resistance. Stiffness and creep modulus: Due to the same degree of glass reinforcement of PPS, PEI and PES, it can be used for thin-walled parts up to 0.1 mm without flash.
