Integrated services of mold design, precision manufacturing, 3D printing, and machining
Adopting material property adaptation design, based on PEEK's high temperature resistance (long-term use temperature of 260 ℃), high strength (tensile strength of over 100 MPa) and chemical inertness, the mold structure needs to be optimized during design to reduce stress concentration and ensure long-term stability in high temperature and corrosive environments.
When designing PEEK molds, CAD/CAM software is used to simulate the molding process, combined with PEEK's low thermal expansion coefficient (3.1 × 10 ⁻⁵/℃) to optimize mold tolerances and avoid accuracy deviations caused by thermal deformation.
The main production machines of the injection molding department are Toshiba, Nippon Steel, and Mitsubishi from Japan. The machine position ranges from 100T to 1300T to meet the injection molding needs of customers with different product sizes.
