PES Injection
As an amorphous material, PES has a low shrinkage rate and is suitable for precision injection molding. Ether bonds provide flexibility for PES materials, with moderate molecular chain rigidity, high fluidity, and relatively easy processing.
The injection molding department of PRES has many years of experience in injection molding of polysulfone series. Based on the different shrinkage rates of PPSU, PSU, and PES materials, molds are designed and manufactured, and injection molding is carried out according to the thermal properties of different materials.
After injection molding is completed, a series of tests will be conducted to ensure that the product meets the usage requirements.
