In 2009

PRESC Modified granulation factory was established.

In 2011

Established Dongguan branch ,significant increase in production capacity.

In 2014

Injection molding factory was established in Zhongshan, specializing in mold design, manufacturing, and injection molding processing, further expanding the business scope of PRESS.

In 2017

Established plastic profile extrusion factory in the same period.

In 2019

Import Filaments and 3D printing equipment further expanded the business of PRESS.

Plastic granulation modification department
Focusing on polymer material modification technology, we tailor high-performance engineering plastic particles for customers through processes such as blending, filling, and reinforcement. The department has advanced twin-screw extrusion production lines and testing laboratories, which can provide flame retardant, anti-static, weather resistant, high toughness and other modified materials to help customers break through the performance bottleneck of traditional materials.

Profile and Wire Extrusion Department
Relying on precision extrusion molding technology, we produce high-precision plastic profiles, pipes, cable sheaths, and special profiles.
By adopting intelligent temperature control and online monitoring system, the product ensures both structural strength and dimensional stability in scenarios such as doors, windows, building materials, automotive seals, medical catheters, etc.

Plastic Processing Department
Equipped with CNC machine tools, precision engraving machines, and other equipment, we provide secondary processing services such as cutting, drilling, milling, etc. for plastic sheets, rods, and complex structural components. Focusing on fields with strict tolerance requirements such as medical device components and semiconductor fixtures, achieving micrometer level precision control.

Mold design and manufacturing, injection molding department
Provide one-stop mold development and injection molding solutions from conceptual design to mass production delivery. The team is proficient in multi cavity molds, stacked molds, and high-speed thin-walled injection molding technology, and is skilled in the rapid implementation of large quantities of high complexity products such as automotive parts and consumer electronics casings.

3D printing filaments manufacture and 3D printing services
