It is the ideal choice for structural components requiring long-term reliability.
⚡Superior Electrical Insulation
PEEK resin exhibits outstanding dielectric properties and volume resistivity, maintaining electrical insulation integrity even at high temperatures (up to 260°C). Unlike metals, it does not conduct electricity, making it perfect for insulating brackets, connectors, and semiconductor wafer handling tools where arc tracking must be prevented.
Cleanroom & Medical Compliance
With inherently low outgassing and minimal particle generation, PEEK sheets are highly suitable for Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanroom environments. Its high purity and resistance to repeated sterilization cycles (autoclave, gamma radiation, EtO) make it a preferred material for medical device components and pharmaceutical processing equipment.
PEEK exhibits excellent resistance to most inorganic acids, alkalis, salt solutions, various organic solvents, as well as automotive fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc. at room temperature and higher temperatures.
It also has good hydrolysis resistance to hot water, steam, and seawater, low moisture absorption, and stable long-term immersion performance.
