Unfilled Pure Resin PEI 1000 Sheet

Unfilled PEI sheet  has good toughness. The dielectric loss factor (tanδ) of PEI resin is very small, and it still performs excellently at high frequencies, with very stable dielectric strength.
It can achieve UL94 V-0 level without adding flame retardants, with a high oxygen index (about 47%), low smoke emission and low toxicity during combustion, ensuring extremely high safety

ULTEM™ 1000 (Polyetherimide) is a high-performance amorphous thermoplastic renowned for its exceptional balance of heat resistance, mechanical strength, and inherent flame retardancy. It serves as a lightweight, cost-effective alternative to metal and ceramic in the most demanding environments.

Extreme Heat Resistance

Continuous use at 170°C. Short-term exposure up to 200°C. Ideal for under-hood and aerospace applications.

Dimensional Stability

Low coefficient of thermal expansion (5.6 × 10⁻⁵). Maintains tight tolerances even during high-temp machining.

Inherently flame resistant without additives. Meets FAR 25.853 aviation standards.
