    Unfilled PEI Ultem 1000 Sheet
    Unfilled PEI sheet  has good toughness. The dielectric loss factor (tanδ) of PEI resin is very small, and it still performs excellently at high frequencies, with very stable dielectric strength.
    It can achieve UL94 V-0 level without adding flame retardants, with a high oxygen index (about 47%), low smoke emission and low toxicity during combustion, ensuring extremely high safety

    PEI 2300 sheet has enhanced  bending strength and higher rigidity than ultem 1000 sheet, it also has improved the load-bearing capacity  at high temperatures, and maintained good electrical insulation even with the addition of glass fiber

Ultem Sheets-Polyetherimide 

ULTEM sheet is a Non-crystalline amorphous high-performance plastic sheet extrusion by ULTEM material . The main grades include unfilled PEI board 1000, glass fiber reinforced PEI 2300 board, as well as carbon fiber filled and ESD grade PEI boards. They all possess excellent flame retardancy, temperature resistance, and high electrical insulation properties.
