Antistatic PEEK Rods are high-performance semicrystalline stock shapes engineered with permanent ESD control. Supplied as extruded round bars, they are purpose-built for CNC machining of components where electrostatic safety, high heat resistance, and dimensional stability are critical.
ESD PEEK rods has stable surface resistivity (10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq), built into the polymer matrix — no coating to wear off, no carbon sloughing, protecting sensitive electronics during machining and end-use.
ESD PEEK rods HDT can reach 215°C continuous service up to 260°C. Excellent resistance to aggressive solvents and hydrolytic environments. Ideal for cleanroom and semiconductor processing.
ESD PEEK rods has excellent CNC turnability with low shrinkage and minimal burr formation. Perfect for tight-tolerance ESD-safe parts without post-machining coatings.
Anti-static PEEK rods also has Inherently wear-resistant with a low friction coefficient (0.2–0.4), enabling molded-in ESD performance for bearings, bushings, and sliding components.
