Carbon fiber will form an extremely thin carbon transfer film on the dual surface during friction, achieving "self-lubricating" and significantly reducing the friction coefficient
Carbon fiber increases the bending modulus of the material from 4.2 GPa of pure PEEK to 22 GPa. This means that under the same force, the deformation of CF-PEEK is only 1/6 of that of pure PEEK. The precision bracket in the equipment can effectively suppress vibration and deformation, ensuring positioning accuracy.
The thermal deformation temperature of PEEK material reinforced with carbon fiber is high, and the fiber suppresses the expansion of PEEK resin at high temperatures. The thermal expansion coefficient is small, and the deformation amount at high temperatures is small.
