PEEK 990GF30
PRES
PRES PEEK 990GF30 Sheet is a 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composite Sheet.
The incorporation of glass fibers significantly enhances the material’s rigidity and creep resistance, enabling it to maintain minimal creep deformation and exceptional dimensional stability even under high static loads at elevated temperatures (>260°C).
Furthermore, this grade retains the inherent superior electrical properties of PEEK, exhibiting a volume resistivity as high as 1016 Ω·cm. Coupled with outstanding resistance to aggressive chemicals and low thermal conductivity, it addresses the diverse demands of high-end applications ranging from precision electrical insulation to high-temperature thermal management.
Heat deflection temp up to 310°C; continuous service at 260°C.
Short term service at 300°C
Melting point:343°C
Tensile strength 165 MPa; Flexural modulus 11 GPa. Ideal for metal replacement.
Low CTE (18 ppm/K) ensures precision in complex geometries.
Withstands aggressive chemicals, fuels, and hydraulic fluids.
