PEEK 990G combines high temperature stability, chemical resistance and outstanding toughness— even after repeated sterilization by steam, ethanol or gamma irradiation.
As our Standard Flow grade (vs. Enhanced Flow PEEK 880G), 990G offers higher melt viscosity and excellent melt strength, making it the preferred choice for extrusion of semi-finished shapes and thick-section injection parts requiring high toughness.
Typical extruded products made from PEEK 990G:
PEEK sheet
PEEK rods
PEEK tubes
PEEK filaments
PEEK film
PEEK bearing
880G has higher flow[20g/10min(ISO1133,380°C,5kg)] than 990G
880G is recommended for injection molding of thin-walled, complex-geometry or precision components that require good melt flow and complete cavity filling.
High-Viscosity Carbon Fiber Reinforced PEEK helps min excessive fiber attrition (shear degradation) during injection molding, preserving the reinforcing effect of the 30% carbon fibers.
This grade delivers excellent mechanical strength & Wear resistance is particularly suited for Injection molding of thick-walled or heavily loaded components & Extrusion of carbon fiber reinforced PEEK rod and plate.
990GF30 is high rigity & high viscosity suitable for high load-bearing strength, long-term creep resistance, and chemical inertness Structural component
