PEI 1010 is a transparent amber in appearance. It is an amorphous polymer with excellent thermal performance, outstanding dimensional stability, good chemical resistance and inherent flame retardancy. Because the glass transition temperature can reach 217°C, PEI1010 can print parts with excellent performance.

The density of PEI 1010 is only 1.27g/cm3,  it is suitable of manufacturing various components that can replace metals. It is widely used in industries such as medical, electronic,automotive, and aerospace.


PEI 9085 3D printing filaments has filled with Boron Nitride NanoBarb Boron nitride nanotubes possess outstanding physical properties and chemical characteristics, including resistivity, superhydrophobicity, high thermal stability, thermal conductivity, strength and rigidity. Moreover, boron nitride nanotubes have electrical insulation and thermal stability at high temperatures

The glass transition temperature (Tg) of PEI 9085 is approximately 215℃, while that of PEEK is 150℃. The higher the glass transition temperature, the smaller the degree of thermal deformation, and the higher the precision and quality of the printed product.
